I believe that Christian conciliation/mediation is a bliblical, efficient, and effective means for resolving most conflict and disputes. Moreover, it provides us an opportunity to show through our actions that we truly believe in Jesus Christ and we trust and follow His teachings.

I understand that being involved in a dispute can be very stressful and disruptive to one’s life. I enjoy having the privilege of helping people resolve their disputes and transform their relationships so that they can put the conflict behind them and move forward with their lives.

 My relevant training and experience include:

• Six years mediation experience
• Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology, University of West Florida
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ASU West
• Certified Christian Family Mediator through the American Association for Christian Counselors
• Conflict Coaching, Peacemaker Ministries
• Nonviolent Communication Training, Dr. Marshall Rosenberg
• Extensive training (240 hrs) in mediation and negotiation, including training at the esteemed Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University's School of Law; and the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution, Cornell University
• "Leading the Church Through Difficult Moments" training at Pepperdine University
• Considerable independent study of biblical conflict resolution
