Christian Conciliation/Mediation                                                                                          

This is a process for reconciling people and resolving disputes out of court in a biblical manner. Mediation is confidential, voluntary, non-adversarial, and relatively informal. With the assistance of an impartial third party (the mediator) parties are empowered to create their own resolution, rather than have one imposed on them through litigation or arbitration. Christian Conciliation/Mediation is appropriate for a wide range of disputes and is successful in a high percentage of cases.

Conflict Coaching

In this process the Conflict Coach does not get directly involved in the reconciliation process. He/she helps the individual prepare for meeting with the other person to try and reconcile their differences privately between themselves.

Parenting Coordinator

As a Parent Coordinator, Terry works with the parents on an ongoing and as needed basis. When parents are experiencing difficulty with co-parenting issues and they get stuck on  particular issues, she assists them in reaching decisions.  More information about Parenting Coordinators
